Back with another preview video of Ultimate M. Bison & he's been updated. It's time to see how Mr. Bison does against a MvC character. The alpha build of Bison should be released tomorrow.

That was a fun one to work on. The frankenspriting was fairly easy on that animation. It might need to be cleaned up a little more before release.
 
Yes your probably right, but when I do that the AI on most characters never blocks low & always gets hit. So I use guardflag = MA on everything besides jump attacks. 
 
Back with another preview. This time it's Ultimate Ken Masters. The character is missing a few FX right now, so please disregard that if you see him doing moves with no FX yet. Ken should be released next Friday 5/18/2018.

 
The Shinryuken move (Rising Flamme Dragon Super Art) looks really promising ! I'd like to see when it hits ;)

One thing, you called 'Shinryuken' the 'Shippuu Jinrai Kyaku' Super Art.

The character looks good so far.
 
Thanks for the feedback. So your saying Ken's got the wrong yell for the Hyper? If so I'll defiantly get that fixed up before release. The Shinryuken is a level 2 hyper & does nice damage, but hard to land unless you add to a close quick combo. I've also changed the command from MvC2 from fireball motion to dragon punch motion. Makes more sense that way.
 
Yes, Shin Ryu Ken means "Dragon god's punch" in japanese (accoarding to the right kanji's)

A good way to know if japanese name's attacks are for punch or kick: At the end of each name, you often have 'ken' or 'kyaku'. Ken means Punch and Kyaku means Kick (this one is pretty similar to english right? ;) )
 
I had to delay the release of Ken alpha because I needed the extra time. The good news is I've also updated all my Street Fighter Ult chars. If everything goes well then, this weekend they should be released.

Nice! I like Ryu’s bigger hadouken Hyper. And also, are you going to use the stuff I sent you, ELECTRO?

If I am not wrong, Mugen 1.0 let you use OWNPAL in projectiles, no? Because Ryu's hadouken is still subject to PalFX.

The bigger one is for his air fireball hyper. It doesn't last as long as his ground hyper or doas much damage, but it opens up good combo opportunities.As for the sprites I looked at them & the ideas are good, but i'm just going to roll with the SF2 flames. I updated all my characters so now Ryu have the normal flame FX & only Zangief has the larger one.

Thanks, I added that to the projectiles.

So does that mean some of the other stuff I did will be used? Other than the flames?

Battle of the century! Gouken vs his inspiration. With Sheng I suggest a move where he turns into a dragon (maybe as a finisher), as a nod to his plans for the movie game, and abilities from all 8 world warriors in reference to the GamePro hoax.

Just make Chun and Cammy and we are set!

But...

* Gouken's Tatsumaki variant is named the Tatsumaki Goraisen. He only does the Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku in the air.
* Alternate costumes? Wow! You're a master!

I also have an idea on how to do an SF2-styled version of Menat from SF5. Titi/Chaos (the egyptian girl) from Martial Champion is a good base for her.
 
That's a good idea for Menat. If you want to put those sprites together i'll gladly code the character. I would love to make even more SF2 styled Street Fighter characters for my project. Hakan seems likean easy one since I could use Zangief & T Hawk as a base.
