change small icon of game window

Hello.
How can i change the small icon of game window without any debugging or recompiling engine.
is there any official way to do such a thing?
BTW i use engine under windows platform.

i used that once for change main icon of game and its ok now, but it could not find the window icon (top left of window and also shown in taskbar) so i looked into engine source and i find out its taken as static string (like code base 64 ,...)
so  i have that question yet.
