I'm just wondering if there's anyone who's having an experience without having the "personalize" menu after right-clicking on the desktop for changing the desktop screen. When I'm on the main desktop screen, I right-click and the menu shows in the following: View, Sort by, Refresh, Paste, Paste shortcut, Undo Move, Graphics Properties, New, Screen resolution, and Gadgets. I don't know why "Personalize" is missing from the menu. I just want to change my desktop screen or wallpaper to it. The "Personalize" menu doesn't show so I can't change it. How and/or where can I find a way to change my desktop screen?
