Any Modules that let you play as a Dragon Character or Lizard man?

Just was curious if any easy modules or games to add Dragons to the games or have characters which are playable like that?

There are no mods with dragons nor lizardmen yet. However there are some mods with them as enemies instead such as Knights & Dragons, D&D: Rise of Warduke and Dungeon Magic

With the exception of Rise of Warduke, you could download them, unpack and add a lizardman as playable
I had to exclude Rise of Warduke since it's pretty complex and adding a playable isn't that simple

Sonic Adventure Revolution has a few reptile characters, most of which you have to find and unlock.
