Always been a rejector of always-on-line stuff -
in the case of adobe i always thought that it is insane to create original works and have a company have the ability to snoop, the potential for a rogue employee (at the very least) to steal or "derive" ideas is always there.
at least me copies of cs2 cs3 and cs4 are still good enough
