Complete ? about Hyper Final Fight

Guys quick ? about Hyper Final Fight series.  I saw this version of the second game http://rewindtechnology.foro-blog.es/t411-dc-hyper-final-fight-2  this version has street fighter characters added. I have been unable to find a download link for it though. I am hoping someone here has the game they can upload or a link. I apologize in advance if this post is against policy I am fairly new to the openbor scene so I am sorry If i have broken any rules. Thx in advance for any help anyone can give me
 
you can find it in my collection here Part 3 is about final fight series. Many of the games are fixed from problems and you cant find it anywhere else, i uploaded them only here. In other websites you can find mostly old versions full with broken levels and problems.
