A Ninja Warriors Once Again Hack of Streets of Rage 2 just came out of nowhere

I just don't know what to say about this, but someone just made a Ninja Warriors Once Again hack mod of Streets of Rage 2 throughout this year, and to tell you guys the truth, it's pretty friggin amazing!! Here's a gameplay of the hack mod if anyone interested.

I'm wondering why they choose ZVitor Harley Quinn as a final boss that replaces Mr.X?

The guy who made this mod hack did an impressive job giving four of the five Playable characters their movesets from the Ninja Warriors Once Again game, even though the sega graphics limits some of their more flashier attacks and it might be the reason why Raiden isn't in this mod.

That does look really cool and functional since they use the remastered sprites from the remake
