I've mentioned sometime ago that I'm working on a puzzle game and this is the game :cool:.
Well😅 I don't have final title yet so I'll use this name for now.
If it sounds like one of element triangle in Pokemon, the answer is yes. It's based on Rock Paper Scissors system 🪨📜 ✂️ .

There are still lots of stuff to be done such as player's character which is temporary 😌.

Oh yes, I used Puzzle Puss as the base of this game, that's why it has same background set😺 .

I've made stabilization to grab mechanic to prevent grabbing from empty column and dropping a block on top of overly stacked column.
I also have rebalanced certain levels to allow getting higher score. These are the levels:
Level 10.png
Level 20.png

That block with 400 on it can only be destroyed by getting 400 or higher score (y)

I've also made these new blocks:
New Kotak.png

but their properties are still WIP 🤓

Thanks, I can see bigger possibilities with this engine but it might take time to develop the basic scripts. So I'm focusing on what I can do first 😎.

Back to game, I've done couple updates and fixed but importantly I've made new block types with their own mechanics giving new challenge.
500 block (requires 500 score to break) and five tier 2 water blocks:
Level 50.png
Mysterious Luna block (the purple block with 0 score):
Level 19.png
New unmovable blocks (require defined score to break) and new look of unmovable and unbreakable block:

These new block types bring soo many level ideas in my head :love: so I'm going to implement them in new levels I'm constructing next 👷‍♂️.

Yes, you said it. It's all about time.
This is why I cannot get into it the way I would. I spoiled entire weeks trying to understand stuffs in the past. (with no result)
More and more I feel like we should try to be excellent in what "we are made for" instead of trying desperately to do like others skilled persosns in their own fields.
LIke asking an old astrophysicist to train to be decent as a marathon runner :)

I've made new Batik background for this game but I'm not confident with its color scheme so I'm going to ask for opinion here.
Which color scheme you like from these:

I'm gonna pick the first one because the yellow color is not too bright. The darker, the better.
 
I've shared updates of this game in multiple sites but forgot to do it here. Anyways, here they are:

Originally these exploding block types are for second mode of endless mode but I decided to put them in main mode also and create levels featuring them:

and of course, there is new block to "complement" explosive blocks. The new block can't be pulled in but can be destroyed by explosion from explosive blocks.

I did say exploding types, cause there are 3 exploding blocks with different area of effect.

I'm constructing map select for this game ATM. Not just for coolness but to create playing flexibility aka not forcing player to complete levels in certain order.
 
I didn't realize that this thread has been dusty for so long 😅.

Anyways, about my latest post about exploding blocks ☝️, I've decided to make them exclusive to Endless Drop mode. It goes without saying that levels featuring those have been removed also.
However, I've replaced those blocks with elemental based blocks. These blocks require hitting with opposite block twice to trigger the explosion.

About that Endless Drop mode, here's short gameplay preview of the mode:

Those elemental based blocks appear in this video.
A new block type : white ? block also appears in the video.
