I modified the night view sprite.

Excellent!
I'm curious about the website itself???
(Also curious about the game source)
I found this stage while searching for Sailor Moon stages in the Mugen Archive. It is probably not the original because it is a stage I have never seen in the original work.

It hasn't been confirmed what the next work will be, but I tried applying the background to the Kunio-kun game.
GOOD JOB!!
I would perhaps try something like that. (border... fast edit, mine have too light color ^^; , you can make it better I think ^^)

Also ground texture have both the "tile allignement problem and the vertical mirror effect."
It's ok, but it's very visible.

I think @O Ilusionista would explain it even better.

That is correct. As I tried to preserve the original ground texture, the details on this floor ended up looking like an unpaved road or the fish fillet on sushi. It would be premature to call this finished in my style.

It looks like my next project, which was previously undecided, will be a Sailor Moon game.

I've been preparing quite a bit; judging by the decent pace while taking a break from my existing project, it seems my motivation hasn't completely died down.

I tried drawing the blue enemies from belt-scrolling games in my own style, and surprisingly, the size didn't feel out of place compared to the original fighting game.

Well done.
I like the idea, even if the 16bits version of Sailor Moon characters allways give me the feeling of generic stickmen (stickgirls ^^; ) Without much body definition (and face)
But they also have a big diversity of moves if you take the VS fighting game versions of SM 16bits games...

Also, I'm glad about this idea, but I'm affraid it takes all your energy.
I only wish you to enjoy making any project you like, sometimes switching from one to another one gives more motivation :)

Thank you. Since someone else is working on the arcade version (Banpresto), I plan to work on the SFC version, which is relatively easier to edit.

True! Really true!
The Banpresto's version are a mess to edit... ! (hair and skin particularly)
