Sprite pal effects?

Hello.
In mugen when you use palfx the character sprites can look as set in fire or freeze. As i know that is posible in openbor.
I openborstats i not tried import bmp or pcx files since they are not listed as png or gif,is possible add them?does they work properly?

You can either use hmaps for burning/freezing effects, or drawmethods of tintmode/tintcolor.
