Sonic GDK Game "Project Trilogy" in Development

I'm currently making a game in Sonic GDK called Project Trinity, with a tone and gameplay similar to the Sonic Adventure series of games. Right now, I've got the hang of level creation, I just need help with importing models for enemies and playable characters into UDK from .pmd, .obj, and .b3d formats. When i tried to convert them in Blender, it failed. When I tried importing a .pmd of Sally Acorn, Blender crashed for a bit before recovering and failing to export the model. When I tried to import a Buzzbomber .obj, it gave an error message. There is no known plugin for importing .b3d into Blender, which is a shame because BlitzSonic has a lot of character models and animations I want to import into the game. Can someone help with this?

Sonic, after rescuing Tails from a near-fatal crash, discovers Robotnik and his robot goons have been re-united with Team Dark, and they have conquered Westside Island. In response, Sonic goes to find Knuckles, Amy, and Sally to counterattack. Unfortunately, Robotnik is building his own army to be even greater. Sonic and Robotnik continue to upsize their groups of followers until one thing becomes horrifically clear: this means war!
