I would like to know how to align the sprites and what is the best and fastest way.
I mean framing them from a sprite sheet

Photoshop or any editor that supports a working file with layers. First make sure you have a standard color table for all the riding sprites you are about to create.

You grab clips from the sheet, overlay them into the working file, and align using layers. This is also where you do any necessary hand editing. Then you save the visible layers as a new image, making sure to apply the standard palette.

If you have a sprite sheet, you will need to cut it first. I use this tool http://www.alferdspritesheetunpacker.forkandbeard.co.uk/forkandBeard/apps/AlferdSpritesheetUnpacker/Download.aspx

for aligning the sprites, you can easily create an action in Photoshop (see on YouTube how to).

Then set an action to:
-set the canvas size to the size you will use in every sprite, like 150x250 px, and setting the anchor point at the bottom middle.

- apply your palette

- save in the desired format

-close the image and stop.

You just need to go to Automate > batch and select the folder and the previously saved action.

thanks guys, it is very heavy for me to go one by one.
I will try this way.

If you know more tutorial videos, it would be very good
