Sorry, you mean if there is a way to display the "currently playing" info on .ogg files?
yes, but you will need to edit the ID3 tag of the ogg files with something like ID3 Editor - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

If you got Audacity or Winamp you can easily edit the metadata too, in my project i stripped the metadata to just the title and artist.
