Moved to new thread in Miscellaneous Gaming as this has nothing to do with Streets of Rage X or OpenBOR.

The artwork remains me of an abandoned Streets of rage project on OpenBOR a while back. Eerily similar in fact. That project sadly went nowhere, and probably for good reason. The manhours needed for these sorts of sprites is well beyond what fan creators and most studios can afford.
