Is it possible to create levels and stage progression system like in double gaiden with openbor!?
I would like that in my game....
 
Doable? Yes. Easy to do? no.
Double Dragon Reloaded and Final Fight and Caddilac and Dinossaurs are two games which has something like that

 
Can openbor make continuous level like DD original version?

I can imagine how, though it will be hard cause some levels have complex wall setting such as stage 2 (warehouse) and stage 4 (bridge to lair) and will obviously need scripted camera to control camera to shoot the level without going off.

If it was easy than it wouldn't be fun!
I'm trying to find a decent balance for the each level.
Don't want the boring old left to right level progression.
using the not well known "scrollz" feature
I have to look into it.
My first stage is going to be a mansion!
So it will have elevators and so on.
Back in the day the game that the biggest impression on me came from the kunio franchise from river city ransom to sports games.
It did alot on a 8 bit console!
Im trying to emulate some of it.
