Ideal animations attack animations?

So my ideal pose says this in open bor stats Acesss violation at address 00584069 in module openborstats.exe Read of address 0EE7C000. So when in game he looks like photo one and also when my character finishes his attack animation he jumps a little bit forward is there away to fix this?

That's what happens you try to use non-paletted image for a character. To solve this, you must apply a palette to the image. Or to prevent future issues, all images you use for the character must use same palette.

Oh OK that makes sense I thought I already did that but I’ll do it again just to double check to make sure
