How can I download and install OpenBOR on Windows?

Hello everyone,

I’m new here and just getting into OpenBOR. I’d like to try it out on Windows, but I’m not sure about the proper way to download and install it. Could someone please guide me through the process or share the official link?

Example of what I mean:
  • Where can I safely download the latest stable OpenBOR build for Windows?
  • Do I need to install anything else (like extra software or runtimes)?
  • Are there step-by-step instructions for setting it up and running a game/mod?

OpenBOR is an engine, not an emulator or game console. It's like asking how you install Unreal. You don't. You just download the game made with it and play. :)

In that case, just go to resources and download. It's an executable and very small.

The problem though, you're kind of asking the wrong question. As I just said, OpenBOR is an engine. That's it. It doesn't have any creation tools on its own. Running it won't do anything but open a screen telling you there's no game to execute.

What you really want is a general getting started guide.
