Help with starting OpenBOR

I am a total no-nothing newbie when it comes to this, but I am trying to make a fairly simple 2.5D side-scrolling videogame. I have downloaded and unzipped OpenBOR and when I run it, it does appear to have opened and run properly but I see "No Mods in Paks Folder!" what does this mean and how do I fix it?
 
It means you need dummy pak to start the mod. Just create a blank txt file, rename it into mymod.pak and put it in paks folder. If you don't have that folder, then make it :).
