Help with Layout design for CD booklet.

Hi guys!! It’s been a few months!!
I need urgent someone to help me design a layout for a CD booklet. It’s a 8 page booklet, mostly black backgrounds where you need to put the lyrics and some pictures, but simple in design, plus the back inlay. So if you are familiar with the area, please tell me how much do you charge and how much it will take.

I saw this thread earlier this year but I'm no professional graphics designer. I only do layouts for fun / hobbying.
