.bor sounds

hi guys I was looking for a way to listen .bor sounds inside my pak files folder.

I found this:

But its not playing .bor sounds.

Is there a way to convert .bor sounds to .wav?

Use bor2wav

But it doesnt work like wab2bor, its not a .bat file its c extension. There is no mension how to use it
