Army type Sor Max (Do you know something about it?)

I just watched some "usual" Opebor best games top (lol)
And something got my attention. About this SOR Zombies. I don't remember this game had a "army clothes" Max in it.

Do you guys have any safe and sure way to access this Max?
If I remember well he's from another SOR mod, a russian one I think.
But I cannot find any source and link.

Any help is welcome.
