Not sure who made this. @maxduv found it floating around, and looks like @ZVitor has a play through video. It's still in very early stages but looks pretty good so far.

Kratos steps into the OpenBOR arena. This game is currently in alpha state but already looks promising. Keep an eye out for future updates.
