@Kratus , Thank you so much - it worked! Is it possible to use my old savegame file in the latest version? BTW, while looking for possible fixes I've found this thread, OpenBoR script bug?

I'm running Beta 29 on an old Core i5 laptop under Win 10 Pro x64 . On the main screen, it says "VT empty - Uninitialized", and when I try starting the game, it crashes to desktop. Any idea what I can do to fix? Older versions were running properly on the same machine. Many thanks for your help...
