I personally played very little Double Dragon 3, but you have a large universe of characters and enemies, considering all double dragon, good luck on your project. :D

There was a mediafire link IIRC where he uploaded a lot of mod edits, I downloaded NightSlasherUltimate from there (I've lost the link though).  Would the Obor exe in those games possibly load the new mod? I would like to play this version, you could make it available.

Dante Devil interesting, when played Final Fight Streetwise, had some challenges, like a puzzle of a picture, I found pretty cool. :)
