World Heroes Perfect Jet: Ikemen Go Edition
In World Heroes Perfect, each character had a traditional four-button attack layout instead of the two-out-of-three pressure-sensing button attack layout as its predecessors, but also could achieve stronger attacks by pushing down two respective punch or kick buttons at the same time. Players are also able to perform weak or strong versions of special moves depending on whether they press one or both punch or kick buttons with the special move command. New additions include a few new playable characters, as well as new with Ikemen go engine

I think @maxman is about to change that.
Yes, Maxman told me about it for a long time now. But still it's hard to replicate stable fighting game elements and fighting game feeling particularly.
I mean in a so precise way I don't see any project really approaching it. But DC would tell you it's possible. It would just require precise work + time.

I think I'm going to do one in Mugen, it's too dope.
I would have to have DC level skills if I were to create all the custom script that is readily available in Mugen.

Yes, actually I think each engiine have many good points and also tons of bad points.
So, it's better to choose wisely the engine before to start a big project.
Long time ago I started a big project with wrestling mechanics. sounded like it was more fitting to openbor, But I'm no more sure about it considering how it's anightmare (to me) to create wrestling mechanics in openbor, considering how easy it would be to make equivalent coding in mugen.
