why there is no more symbian port? In the past there was one with a very old build (around 3300), then no one update it. Can anybody make one?

Maybe because...it won't have too much use? How many people still uses Symbian today?

Pretty much this. Our development resources (consisting of atm, me) are stretched beyond thin. I probably won't be able to touch the code again until November, and I'm not about to waste time supporting a port that was created outside of the main community and that nobody really cared about even in its heyday.
