Hi there, asking someone to RIP sprites is a tall order, you better off searching for it.
In all likely hould its been done already.

I used this site in the past for sprite sheets but I figure its best to take em from a mugen related site and use Fighters Factory 3.
You just left with piecing the spirtes together with CMT.

well yes of course only problem is I live in Ukraine Kherson region I live far away 2 years without electricity that's how I live

Sorry about that, worse part is that only Nash and Ryu was ripped for the SNES version.
Looks like you might have to rip Guy's sprites yourself if you can't find it on the net, anything Street Fighter related, I will pull from the arcade, Mugen in this regard for the best results.

Press F12 to open Developer Tools, go to the Network tab, refresh the page, and look for .swf.
