If am not wrong, his stuff was prohibted here.
I had said in another thread if we could get confirmed they don't claim to be the developers of OpenBOR I'd be glad to have them back. Problem is there is a huge language barrier. Has anyone received word on this?

I have good relations with Seep, but I think the best to clarify all this stuff, is that some Italian speaking person can talk about what happened with Seep. People from other languages may just increase the confusion.
Since I already erased all previous bans, locks, and so on, I'd like to give Seep Team benefit of the doubt as well and assume their claim over OpenBOR is a language barrier issue.
I've uploaded Fighting Street to resources and associated it with this discussion thread. As far as I know, Seep Team does not have an account here, but if they ever show up I'll make them the owner. Tagged Street Fighter.
