Hope this game comes out on consoles and steam with offline&online co-op and Dave and busters and arcade centers so many quarters used let the nostalgia roll on here's the link footage check it out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgC1xnYVXzo

WAIT, Wait, wait, wait wait...
there are STILL Arcade games being made?!? On this day and age?!?
o.O

If so, then I'll beg, on my knees if needed, for it to be released on consoles. The game looks fantastic! It seems to play EXACTLY like the old arcade games, which is a Good Thing ®.

In one hand, It's cool to see a new game of the TMNT (besides I think the franchise had die in the classic era and I don't reconize anything since that time as "TMNT". Its kinda like a "Power Rangers"). Yeah, I am a very nostalgic guy and - in most of cases - I hate reboots. Take that THUNDER-EMO-CATS as an example.

But in other hand, I don't like 8-way movement and attack for Beat em Up. For me, the game transforms into a different genre.

I'm as shocked as you are  :o

Judging from the video, the game looks great! It brings back many elements from Turtles in time but still have new stuffs :D

Rocksteady as giant tough boss is to be expected but Bebop as ninja?  ???

It can't be helped. With 3D models like this, free movement is a must, otherwise the game would look odd if it sticks to 2.5D movement

I don't even accept the existence of more than 151 pokemon!  LOL

Neither I. I coined an expression for that - Pokemon Syndrome. Happens when companies starts to inflate things over and over and over and it gets bigger than it should be. One exameple is Ben 10.

Am I the only one who thinks that the 8-way direction movements and the lack of a more polished gameplay doesn't go along well?

I don't expect RT making a TMNT game with levels of DFO, Fight'n Rage or Shattered Realms gameplay (Although they should, Dirty Drivin' and Hydro Thunder Overdrive are games that I think they could be closer to a Mario Kart Tier), but honestly, for the fancy board, the powerful machine and the sound it has, it's a bit disappointing to see this as just another "Walk Around and press attack until enemies die" game.

I agree with you. Beat em up games with 8 way directions (and attacks) are hack and slash to me.

Yeah, there’s a threshold games cross where they become a hack and slash instead of a beat em up.
