Mugen Resources Layout

I've noticed we are starting to get some more Mugen activity, which is great news. Only thing is, I created the Mugen resources area using my own (very limited) knowledge of how Mugen assets work. For all I know this may be totally antithetical to the way Mugen projects operate. If there's a better way, I'm all ears.

I think it works that way. Most of time we have a "lifebar" category (since its possible to create and share lifebar graphic & code) but sometimes it is included on a broader category as "add-ons", where they put screenpacks and lifebars together

Thanks, I'll leave it as is for now. Hopefully we'll start to see some more Mugen talent trickle in over time. I think a lot of them might like the way we do business here, and IMO cross-pollination benefits both communities.
