a new little gameplay video to show you the swamp stage with fatality on the boss and the new stage "the jungle"...the enemys there are just placeholders atm...i will add some rastan chars there i think...will see later...

 
Nice work, I liked it a lot. Some suggestions:

- You can add more attacks to the boss, and this "breath" could freeze or turn into stone the player
- You can add a little slime at the base of the boss (you can take some frames from the mud golem). Use a spawnbind function to make it follow the boss when it walks.

  Well I can see IDLE sprites, pain sprites, turning sprites, various attacking sprites and blocking sprites. But I don't think there's walking sprites. So this monster is probably a static enemy attacking from a distance :)

your right i saw the same when look long enough...i think the last 6 frames are walking!? ... the main head moves there slowly pixel by pixel...i found that for month somewhere in the internet...i would like to know from what game that is!?

if somebody here around knows other cool boss monsters like this with great detail please post here!!!

jey your right mate...i have test a shock animation on the player when hit but i mustfinetune that first...more attacks...maybe lighning throw from the claws?...problem here is that i only can use the head and the UPPER claws...

hmm okay that looks def. like an idle lol but this is what i do with that boss at the swamps...make some shake or smoth up and down by delet some pixels...but man!!! great animations on that beast *.* i love it! cant wait to have it in my game...i will use it as boss i think:-)
i need defenetly more of this great detailed monsters!!!

its a perfect boss...damn good details!



i will add this beast in my jungle stage as boss...i check also the internet where i found that...maybe there are some more cool beasts.
 
i overworked the swamp boss...i change to the original color of that beast, add some mud around and add a 2nd attack with lighning and also a shock animation on korr...i will change the position of the lighning later but all in one he is finish now.

It is very interesting that you're using sprites from Demon's Crest and especially the monsters from Godzilla game on the SNES to use as boss characters on this mod Showmaker, it makes me wonder if I could use some these monsters for my Knights of the Round Annihilation mod that I am making next year including that Crawler boss that you're about to add to this game.  ;)
 
when the chars match mate is all fine...tell me if you need something... i have some new enemys that you can use;)
 
so i am working on the last 2 stages and the final stage and then comes the story but i dont know atm what story  ;D need some inspirations here i think...
and then a little bit of fine tuning on the enemy chars...some offset setting are not realy good at this stage. i am not shure how to roll out that game for public so that everybody can play and figure out bugs or performance issures. i think the best way would be 2 or 3 guys as beta testers later...
 
back to the kraken...found a good background today but i need more enemys for water stages...jumping piranhas would be cool  :D
