I've played this game, too. It's a classic, The difficulty is very low and the boss is very weak The overall game is not bad!

Amazing work, great rework of the arcade classic Night Slashers!

Miles ahead of the original Arcade... but it has some issues,
the lack of 3 player support, some missing animations, missing music from the original arcade & thus the strange recycling of some soundtracks.

The lack of Hong Hua is also another unfortunate omission, just think, we could have had a 4 player Night Slashers back in 2008.

there is also the fact that in order to enjoy it & have perfect game-play, it really needs an older version of OpenBOR, because some enemy behavior & other things get buggy & may break the game with the latest version

compared to the other variants in 2021, this one is almost completely bug-free
